Alex Pall: Being Part of a Phenomenon Like No Other

Alex Pall is one of the members of The Chainsmokers, a popular band is known for their hit singles like “Roses,” “Don’t Let Me Down” and “Closer.” According to Alex Pall, he was working as a DJ and an assistant at an art gallery before he met Drew Taggart and his manager. He was performing around the city of New York, but his career is highly unnoticed. He also revealed that being a DJ is just a sideline, and he is focusing more on becoming an art gallery assistant because it is paying more than his gig as a DJ. However, as more and more clubs around New York City knew of his skills and talent, his talent fee gradually increased, and it came a time that it has already surpassed his salary at the art gallery. Alex Pall revealed that music was already calling him, so he gave it a short and left his job at the art gallery to pursue a career on being a full-time DJ. He met his present manager in New York City, and his manager became the bridge for him to meet Drew Taggart, who came all the way from Maine to start a career in New York City.

In the beginning, Alex Pall does not have any idea what their manager’s plan is, but they slowly found out that their manager is creating a brand name for them, and they came up with The Chainsmokers as the duo’s name. Alex Pall and Drew Taggart started talking about their private lives, and because of their similarities and sharing the same interests, the two instantly became close friends. The two clicked immediately, and their manager started calling his networks to present the two. Alex Pall and Drew Taggart began their career by being a DJ around the city. Their manager would be the one looking for a place for them to perform, and they will be paid for the entire performance.

As Alex Pall and Drew Taggart discovered some of their hidden talents, they started to acquire more fans and their pay increased. In a short period, since their formation in 2012, the group has now transformed to become a global phenomenon.

For Cassio Audi, Remember His Youth Brings Fond Memories

Cassio Audi is a successful Brazilian entrepreneur but he is known in his native land as an entirely different person. For music fans that were tuned into Brazil’s music scene in the late 1980s, Audi is known as one of the founders of heavy metal band, Viper. Cassio Audi was the drummer of the popular band that first formed in 1985.The group was made up of five teenage classmates that initially had no plans to do anything but rock out in the garage after school and on weekends.

Soon the group had a small following and decided to record a demo record titled The Killera Sword. The demo was played all over Brazil and was an instant success. The group toured Brazil and Europe over the next several years and, with Audi on the drums, released their first studio album, Soldiers of Sunrise, in 1987. In 1989, Viper released their second studio album titled Theatre of Fate which was even better than the previous album.

Cassio Audi left the band to attend university in 1989 and went on to have a successful career as an entrepreneur. He will also be remembered by the thousands of fans all over the world that remember those teenage boys who took over their radios in the late 1980s. While the band is still making music, Audi has no dreams of getting back behind the drums. He fondly remembers his years with the band and still enjoys listening to the heavy metal music of his youth.

How The Chainsmokers are Turning the Page

The Chainsmokers have evolved quite a lot since their founding in 2012. Believe it or not, they first found big fame in 2015 when their hit “Roses” claimed its place on the Top 10. Although, most also remember the hit from 2014 entitled “Selfie”. And since then, their fan base has grown exponentially, and they have expanded the field for today’s rising artists. The Chainsmokers music style is a vast and ever changing combination composed of dance, hip-hop, pop, and indie. And to add to all of that they just released a new single this year called “Sick Boy”.

In an interview with Hugh McIntyre they speak of what may have inspired that single, and how it was brought to life. Drew Taggart explains that typically they release more music at sporadic but also constant times because they like to be current with all the compositions that they create. That gives their music more listener value and interest as well. Taggart also goes on to state that he feels “Sick Boy” is the start of a new chapter and that the duo is moving forward and turning the page for something new. He sheds a little light on the meaning of “Sick Boy” and the darkness within it.

Taggart then says, “The next topic is a little bit darker, but I think that’s the tone of society right now. Our stuff is always a reflection of what’s going on in our lives and the world around us.”

Taggart also begins to explain that he also wrote the song because he was becoming frustrated, and that he is angry because he feels that he has become a distortion of his true self. Then he states that this is in part because of the current world. Society encapsulates themselves in social media and anyone at any given time that shares bits of information can be misunderstood and misinterpreted. The darkness of “Sick Boy” is a representation of those with assuming minds and also a depiction of what’s bad around the world today.

Alex Paul Talks About Instagram and His Live Shows in Interview

Back in July of 2016, The Chainsmokers released one of their biggest songs ever, Closer. The DJing duo spoke with the late Andy Warhol’s Interview Magazine to promote the single. In the interview the duo spoke about their origins and how they got into the music industry.

Alex Pall grew up pursuing DJing as a hobby and eventually began doing small gigs in New York City, at this point in his career he described DJing as work on the side. When his manager introduced him to his band mate Andrew Taggart, Pall quit his job and the two of them started making music.

When Pall was asked by the interviewer about how he was so certain that they would be a success, Alex Pall told them that it was the ambitious attitude that the duo saw in each other. They were both very observant of what type of music was popular at the moment and he say that often they would work from 7AM til 9PM. (View: The Chainsmokers New Song Video)

The interview asked Pall about his experiences while working with Halsey, one of the vocalist on their new song, and Pall had nothing but positive things to say. He told Interview Magazine that Halsey was number one on the list of who they wanted to work with. “She’s incredible,” Pall said.

Pall was asked what type of people he believed resonated the most with his music and Pall praised Instagram for its ability to show him exactly who that is. Pall explains that it’s not just one type of person who follow them, they have become an international sensation for the age group of 16 to 25. Surprisingly, they seem to be almost even on the boy/girl demographic. Pall loves watching videos that people post on Instagram singing their music, citing a specific instance where a mother posted a video of her six-year-old singing some of The Chainsmokers’ songs. See This Article to learn more.

The interview closed with Pall explaining how their live show must change after this song releases due to his partner, Andrew, singing on the track. Previously, The Chainsmokers had only created the music, while leaving the vocals to guest’s artists.

Norka Martinez Luque: The Latin Pop Star with a Unique Voice

When Norka Martinez Luque started out as a student in a French business school in France, she never imagined that she would eventually become one of the world’s most famous Latin pop stars. She, however, knew that she wasn’t cut out for a business career and it wasn’t going to be the end of the line for her.

While she completed her degree in Business Administration, she was eying something else throughout her time in France. Her desire to do something different led her to enroll in a culinary arts school as well as different fashion programs. She completed both of them but was still not satisfied; she felt that she needed something that would bring out her creative nature.

During her stay in France, a funk and rock band by the name Bad Moon Rising found out that she was blessed with a unique voice. They became interested in her abilities and wanted her for their band. This meant that the beautiful Venezuelan singer would yet again switch careers into the entertainment industry.

Even though Norka Luque gained quite a following while performing with this band, she knew that there had to be more. She eventually went her own way to try a solo career. The decision she made to leave the band was a perfect one as she may not have seen the success she has seen as a solo artist.

Ms. Martinez experienced one of these life-changing occurrences when she decided to relocate to the United States to pursue her music career. She met the Grammy Award winning producer, Emilio Estefan Jr. For those who don’t know Emilio Estefan, let me introduce him to you in a few lines. He is the man who made the careers of artists such as Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez among many others.

Some of the best works from Ms. Martinez include “Como lo haces Tu,” “Milagro” and “Tomorrowland” just to name a few. “Como lo haces Tu,” her first solo was released in 2011 by Emilio Estefan. This single was so successful that it got Ms. Martinez a nomination for the Best Female Latin Pop Artist of the Year at the Premios Lo Nuestro Awards.

“Milagro” was her second single and it was released in 2012. The song was written by Archie Pena and produced by Emilio Estefan. “Milagro” was also very successful; it dominated music charts in major Latino music communities. “Tomorrowland” is her latest single. This track has been received warmly by her fans in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Connect with Ms. Martinez on Facebook to learn more about her upcoming works.
